The "Petrov & Co" Ltd. Construction Company was established in 1991 in the town of Dobrich and was registered under commercial law-case #2925 by the Regional Court of Dobrich.
Since November 1996 the company is a member of The Bulgarian Chamber of Construction.
The "Petrov & Co." Ltd. owns all necessary equipment - it has offices in the town of Dobrich and in the resort town of Balchik. It also owns a motor fleet and warehouses, as well as workshops and machines for ironware and wood-processing.
During the years 1992-1993 the company has built the Republika-Molle Hotel in the city of Plovdiv, Bulgaria; a block of flats in the city of Sofia - the capital of Bulgaria; blocks of flats in the city of Varna and in the resort town of Balchik.
It has also built the following:
* a hotel compound owned by Avatar Sport Company in the resort village of Kranevo
* a hotel compound owned by Betty Company in the resort village of Kranevo
* a hotel compound "The White Hotel" in the resort town of Balchik
* renovation of The Dobrotitsa Hotel compound in the resort of Albena
* a guest-house in the city of Dobrich

The design of the future buildings is performed by a renowned design team. The company also builds upon its own ground. The "Petrov and Co." Ltd. has hired engineers and technical staff, as well as qualified construction workers. The company has specialized in constructing iron structures - for example the covered market-place in the town of Dobrich, metal warehouses in the towns of Dobrich, Kavarna and throughout the whole region. While finishing off the buildings the company uses materials of guaranteed quality and the most contemporary and reliable technologies for hydro-insulation of roofs, as well as facade plasters.
